We are happy to support you when you buy your new home. This is what we do for you:

1 An extra pair of eyes

Have you got your eye on your dream home and did you have a successful first viewing? We evaluate your experiences and then our purchasing agent accompanies you for the second viewing of the property. We view the property with a critical and professional eye. Is the asking price realistic, are there any special focal points or would a structural survey be recommended? We advise you!

2 The right price

Not everyone enjoys or is good at negotiating. That’s where we come in. Based on your (financial) wishes, we conduct the negotiations. Our purchasing agent aims for the lowest price and the best conditions.

3 The small print

Not many people see a contract of sale every day. It can therefore be difficult to understand. Our purchasing agentknows all the ins and outs and studies the small print for you.

4 Signing the contract

After signing the draft contract of sale, we perform the final inspection together and you can start packing. We will naturally be happy to answer any questions once you’ve signed the contract too!
